The optical engine in the Zortrax Inkspire 2 LCD photocurable 3D printer is self-developed from scratch. Zortrax engineers designed a series of UV diodes to backlight monochrome screens to achieve even UV exposure per pixel on large build platforms while maintaining the highest accuracy. As a result, resin 3D models made on Zortrax Inkspire 2 have the same outstanding quality whether placed in the center or on the edge of the build platform. The new optical engine is seven times more powerful than standard LCD screens, making Zortrax Inkspire 2 compatible with some DLP resins.
The Zortrax washing and curing kit simplifies and speeds up the cleaning and curing process by providing a sturdy cleaning station and a convenient all-in-one curing station.

Smart build platform
The build platform in Zortrax Inkspire 2 LCD 3D printer is designed to make tasks like removing resin 3D prints or getting rid of leftover resin easier. The platform is easily attachable and comes factory-calibrated to make the Zortrax Inkspire 2 ready for work out of the box.
Resin management system
The Zortrax Inkspire 2 LCD 3D printer recognizes how much resin is available in the vat and identifies the amount needed to complete the printing process. There are three separate components working together to make this system work.
Practical resin vat
The resin vat in the Zortrax Inkspire 2 LCD 3D printer is made to solve real issues users have with operating resin 3D printers. It can be easily installed and detached. Curved corners make it easier to clean. An automatic wiper deals with sedimentation in more advanced resins. It is a simple design that works.
No failed 3D prints caused by blackouts
Zortrax Inkspire 2 has the same, tried and true, blackout response system that works in Zortrax M Series Plus 3D printers. At all times, the machines store enough energy to save the printing progress whenever a power outage occurs. Once the power is back on, 3D printing can be resumed from the same spot. No more failed prints, no more time lost, no more resin wasted.
