Zortrax engineers designed a series of UV diodes to backlight monochrome screens to achieve even UV exposure per pixel on large build platforms while maintaining the highest accuracy. As a result, resin 3D models made on Zortrax Inkspire 2 have the same outstanding quality whether placed in the center or on the edge of the build platform. The new optical engine is seven times more powerful than standard UV LCD screens, making Zortrax Inkspire 2 compatible with some DLP resins.
