The BCN3D Epsilon W50 SC includes an Epsilon W50 3D printer and a Smart Cabinet (SC) .

The Epsilon W50 is a powerful professional 3D printing solution, designed to deliver large-scale parts with industrial-grade materials, thanks to features such as its passive heated chamber, full enclosure, and humidity-controlled environment.

Powered by Independent Dual Extruder (IDEX) system, the Epsilon W50 delivers exceptionally strong functional parts with quality and precision, while the Smart Cabinet (SC) boosts your printers’ performance, keeping your materials in optimal condition and significantly improving each print’s quality.

Filament runout sensor

A job-saving sensor detects when the filament is finished and pauses the printing process until it is reloaded again.

Full enclosure & passively heated chamber

The Epsilon W50 counts on a fully enclosed chamber keeping internal temperature controlled, where it can reach up to 60°C, and a heated bed reaching up to 120°C.

HEPA filter

The BCN3D Epsilon printers are equipped with a HEPA filter, which protects your working environment from potentially harmful particles when printing with industrial materials.

Carbon filter

The carbon filter on the BCN3D Epsilon shields your environment from any potential harmful fumes produced by the materials used.

Cloud Printing

The BCN3D Epsilon 3D printers are equipped with the latest connectivity features. Easily send your print files when connected to the network for a hassle-free workflow with our BCN3D Cloud platform, and able to update firmware via wifi,which will ensure that your printer is always up to date (activated on demand).

BCN3D Smart Cabinet – Smart Material Humidity Control

The smart cabinet can hold up to 8 rolls of small spool materials (between 750g-1kg), or 4 rolls of large spools (maximum 2.5kg), which is convenient for users to overlap printing when printing volumetric models and reduce insufficient materials. Some materials that are very susceptible to moisture, such as nylon and PVA, are used in small amounts. Smart Cabinet intelligent humidity control material box is even more important.

UPS uninterruptible power supply system

The intelligent cabinet has a built-in uninterruptible power supply system called uninterruptible power supply (UPS). If there is a sudden power failure or the power socket is accidentally loosened, there is a risk of reprinting, UPS can solve this risk. Providing 2 minutes of additional print time before a blackout, time enough for the 3D printer to return automatically to the home position.
