Monocure 3D Resinaway Resin Print Cleaner 2 Liter

Monocure 3D Resinaway® is a non-flammable, safe, highly advanced UV Resin Print cleaner. It is chemically engineered to quickly & effectively remove any uncured UV photopolymer resin from printed parts without unwanted surface cracks, cloudiness or white residue. It is safer, quicker, more effective and longer lasting than Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA).

DIRECTIONS

Use this resin print cleaner as is, do not dilute with water. For best results, start with a “pre-wash” of Monocure 3D Resinaway® in a separate container to remove excess resin using a soft brush to assist. Then place the resin print into an ultrasonic cleaning bath if possible. Keep printed objects submerged in Monocure 3D Resinaway® resin print cleaner until the uncured resin on the resin print has been removed. Once clear of resin from the resin print , remove the object from bath, and then remove excess liquid, otherwise pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Then post-cure the part using a recommended LED 405nm light until the surface is tack free (approx. 5 mins at 30 watts). The final process is to rinse under running tap water. For cleaning vats, build plates, instruments & surfaces, rinse/soak/wipe with RESINAWAY® resin print cleaner then wash with fresh water.
