INTAMSYS FUNMAT PRO 310 High Capacity IDEX 3D Printer

The INTAMSYS FUNMAT PRO 310 responds to the growing demands of professional engineers. It is featured with its thermostatic chamber and its full-size printing capability. The thermostatic chamber can reach up to 100 °C, to realize engineering plastics in large-scale printing (305 × 260 × 260mm). Plug & play and easy-to-remove modular IDEX design can realize multiple printing modes.The FUNMAT PRO 310 also offers solutions for various engineering materials, such as ASA/ABS/PC/PC-ABS/PA/PA-CF.Print with our user-friendly 3D model-slicing software to experience industrial-grade high-quality printing projects.

Nozzle design with IDEX dual nozzle system
Independent dual extruder (IDEX), for different printing modes as dual material printing, mirror printing, copy printing. Modular design of the printhead, quick-change system for easy installation and replacement and convenient maintenance. Dual-drive gear extruder, increase the contact surface for more torque and higher reliability.

Thermal design for high strength and high accuracy
The maximum temperature of the chamber is 100°C, the maximum heating temperature of the build plate is 160°C. It provides fast heating with its high-power output. Excellent thermal design reduce thermal deformation of the mechanics and lower the shrinkage of models during printing, avoid warping and increase the interlayer-adhesion.The maximum temperature of the nozzle is 300°C. High-power nozzle heaters decrease the heating time and ensures that the nozzle is rapidly heated, and the filament is fully melted in the nozzle.

Overall sealed design with molecular sieve dehumidification, built-in temperature and humidity monitoring sensor. Independent design, easy to place and maintain. Design of active fixing for spools, prevent the filaments from being loose and knotted.Spool capacity: 2*1kg.

INTAMSYS FUNMAT PRO 310 uses a new UI interactive interface, support print model preview and progress display, intuitive user interface process monitoring team collaboration, can be easier to view the task, has more abundant print parameters, can be automatically updated, has graphic interaction and print dynamic preview, easier team production data statistics. Access to the camera and software to better monitor all devices of the project.

Quick change printhead of the PRO 310
The  INTAMSYS FUNMAT PRO 310 features an easy-to-remove modular design for easy installation and maintenance, and transparent Windows for easy viewing of feed status.

Automated mesh leveling for high reliability
Different levelling modes with 4×4 or 10×10 points can be chosen.
Levelling is only required at calibration, no need to repeat it before every print job.
