Laser Sources
ULS (Universal Laser System) VLS 6.60 can generate patented, metal core, air-cooled, free-space slab, CO2 lasers which can produce excellent beam quality with even power distribution, good near-field and far-field characteristics and long life. Dual lasers dramatically increase speed, edge quality and power.

Rapid Reconfiguration™
Unique to ULS, Rapid Reconfiguration™ allows the modular platforms to be field-reconfigured with a variety of laser sources, optics & accessories, in seconds and without tools. Easily exchange laser wattage to change peak power and increase speed and throughput.

Universal Control Panel (UCP)
Universal Laser System VLS 6.60 offers an integrated materials database in the UCP print driver automatically determines the optimum processing settings for your target material. Just select the material type, enter the material thickness and press “start.”

High Power Density Focusing Optics™
High Power Density Focusing Optics (HPDFO™) allow the laser beam to be focused to a much smaller spot, so that it is possible to engrave smaller text and produce sharper images at tighter tolerances.

1-Touch Laser Photo™
1-Touch Laser Photo is our popular software package that makes it quick and easy to reproduce stunning photographic images on nearly any material.

Over-Temp Alarm (for fire safety)
An over temperature alarm installed in every Universal laser system monitors the temperature of the work area. If an unusually high temperature is detected the system will turn off the laser and trigger an audible alarm.

Intelligent Laser Energy Management Engine
This feature maintains consistent energy density at any processing speed producing uniform marks and constant depth when cutting, marking and engraving.

Permanently Sealed Bearings
Self-lubricating motion system bearings keep dust and debris out, resulting in a longer bearing life.

The color options (Green, red, blue, yellow and purple) is available to choose as the body color of the Universal Laser System VLS 6.60 Desktop laser cutting and engraving machine.
