BCN3D Sigmax R19 Dual Extruder 3D Printer(A3 Printing Size)
Sigmax R19 is a dual Extruder 3D Printer from a Spainish brand BCN3D, which recently won the 2019 Industry Award from the internationally renowned 3D tech publication 3D Printing Industry. Sigmax R19’s A3 printable size is up to 420mm x 297mm x 210mm (length x width x height), allowing users to print extra large 3D model. Its features include:
Adopt Independent Extruder System (IDEX System)
Sigmax R19 adopts independent extruder system, which means 2 printing heads can move independently. The advantage of using independent dual printing head is that it can prevent molten plastic from being dripped onto a print during the dual colors/ materials printing to improve the printing quality.
Build-in Filament Runout Sensor
When material is used up, the printer will automatically pause and will notify the user to reload the a new filament before resume the print.
Hotend designed by e3D™
Hotend designed by e3D™ has an optimized heatbreak and heatsink stuctures, which provide a better heat transfer. This can provide a more reliable and accurate extrusion under different environments.
Bontech™ Extruder
Bontech™ extruder with dual-drive gears has proved to be the best feeding system to ensure a reliable extrusion, which enables a more accurate extrusion rate to 3D print complex 3D models.
Innovative Printing Modes
Duplication Mode and Mirror Mode. Duplication Mode allows 2 identical 3D models to be printed simultaneously with 2 independent printing heads, while Mirror Mode mirrors the 3D model and print it in a pair of symmetric models simultaneously with 2 independent printing heads. Both of these printing modes can significantly increase the 3D printing productivity.
Able to mount enclosure
Enclosure can be mounted on the Sigmax R19 to have a quieter printing environment. Also, a constant interior temperature can be obtained to prevent warping in technical materials such as ABS. (Enclosure needs to be purchased separately)
(*Whether the printer is continuously upgradable depends on corresponding future upgrade kit launched by the manufacturer.)
